Nicholas Brown C.C. is a member of the National Ice Carving Association and a Certified Culinarian in the American Culinary Federation.  Ice sculpting has been one of his passions. He has studied under Ed Fraze of Ice Works, Inc. as well as John Simpson of Culinary Concepts.  He has been working in the food service industry for more than 7 years.  Currently he is working at Stein Eriksen Lodge, Utah's first and only 5 Star,
5 Diamond resort hotel.

Amanda Brown has worked as a cake decorator for over 5 years.  She has done numerous wedding cakes of all types including, fondant, buttercream, and whipped cream.  She can produce whatever you can imagine.
